PAYMENTS

What are your mode of payments?

We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) and online payments (debit/credit card payments) via PayPal through our website. Should you want to do an online payment through other means, you can message us on our socials such as Facebook and Instagram where We accept Gcash, Maya, and other bank transfers.

What are your payment terms for custom orders?

For custom orders, we require a 50% downpayment upon confirmation of order, then full payment will be made once printing and paint is done and product is ready to be shipped. Rest assured that we will send you a picture and/or video before shipping your print.

CANCELLED AND/OR RETURN OF ORDER, AND REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns and refunds should your product have any damages from our end, provided that you have a picture and video for proof.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime within 24-48 hours upon receipt of downpayment and order confirmation. This is also given that your product has not been shipped yet.

For custom orders, should the production and printing of your product has already started with the given timeline and you wish to cancel your order, your 50% downpayment is no longer refundable since we have already used materials for your ongoing order.


SHIPPING

Who are your available couriers?

Currently, our courier for all of our products is Gogo Xpress. While we're working to improve and provide you with more shipping couriers, you can opt to use Lalamove! Just kindly message us through our socials such as Facebook and Instagram.

Do you provide international shipping?

While we would love to send our products around the world, international shipping is currently not available for now, We only provide local shipping within the Philippines. We'll let you know should we enable international shipping in the future! 

Can I change my address? 

Should you wish to change your address, please contact us immediately here or through our socials. Kindly note that a change in address is not guaranteed, since we usually pack our orders immediately after it has been fulfilled, and customer service requests are reviewed by the end of the day.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER OF PRODUCT

We pack all of our products ourselves, ensuring that you get the best quality we can provide for you. However, should your product come unexpectedly damaged or you received the wrong order, please let us know and send us a picture and video as proof. You can contact us here or through our socials
